This Privacy Policy («Policy») covers relations between users («you») and SINUM PTE. LTD. (68, Circular Road #02-01, Singapore, 049422) («Company») that offers its services via newtify.io website and associated mobile apps and products («Newtify») on the matter of personal data as defined by applicable laws and regulations («Personal Data»).
1.1. All definitions used in this Policy shall have the same meaning as in the Company’s Terms of Use (https://newtify.io/terms-of-use) unless this Policy sets a different meaning.
1.2. The Company’s privacy policy is simple as the Company does not collect or store any of your Personal Data. The Company does not process information like your name, email address, phone number, social network account, or any other information that could identify you
1.3. Integrations of other third-party sources, which may obtain your Personal Data, could be provided on the Newtify app. For instance, the Company uses One Signal ID to send you push notifications, but the Company does not have access to the Personal Data they collect.
1.4. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other third-party sources, and you visit and provide them with information at your own risk. The Company recommends you carefully read third-party sources terms of use and privacy policies. This Policy applies solely to the Newtify app and does not apply to any data collected via channels other than the Newtify app.
1.5. The Policy is done in accordance with provisions set out in the applicable privacy laws (including the General Data Protection Regulation), and the Company may revise the Policy from time to time to reflect current acceptable practices. The most current version of the Policy will always be at https://newtify.io/privacy-policy.
1.6. In the event of changes, the Company will provide the updated Policy on the Company’s Website without any notice. The Company encourages you to review this Policy periodically for any updates. By continuing to use the Newtify app after this updated Policy is published, you indicate your acceptance of the revised Policy.
1.7. If you do not wish to be bound by this Policy or any updates or alterations, your immediate recourse is to stop using the Newtify app.
2.1. The Company does not collect any of your Personal Data.
2.2. The type of information the Company collects, which is not considered as Personal Data, includes only the following («Information»):
2.2.1. OneSignal ID and its connection to the blockchain address;
2.2.2. Blockchain addresses;
2.2.3. User device’s make and model.
2.3. The Company also works with Sentry (https://sentry.io/) to collect technical information about errors in code. This data is anonymous and is used by the Company to fix bugs.
3.1. The Company uses mentioned Information only for the following purposes:
3.1.1. OneSignal ID to send you push notifications;
3.1.2. Blockchain address to retrieve structured blockchain data and notifications on new transactions for the address;
3.1.3. User device’s make and model to improve users' experience while interacting with Newtify.
3.2. Besides the above scenarios, Information will not be used for any other purposes.
4.1. The Company does not transfer any data to third parties, except in cases that are mentioned in this Policy:
4.1.1. to comply with the law. The Company may share Information in response to a request for information if the Company believes disclosure is in accordance with or required by any applicable law;
4.1.2. to enforce the Company’s policies and rights. The Company may share Information if the Company believes users' actions are inconsistent with the Company’s Terms of Use or other policies or to protect the rights, property, and safety of ourselves and others.
The Company will keep Information as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
6.1. Under current data protection laws and regulations, you have the following fundamental rights:
6.1.1. to be informed;
6.1.2. withdraw or decline your consent at any time;
6.1.3. other rights established by the applicable laws.
6.2. Since the Company does not collect your Personal Data, please note that the Company will not be able to provide you with some rights as they will not be applicable and impossible to achieve.
6.3. The Company can reject requests if the Company cannot authenticate you, if the request is unlawful or invalid, or if it may infringe on trade secrets or intellectual property or the privacy or other rights of someone else.
6.4. Nothing in this Policy is interpreted as an obligation to store Information, and the Company may, at the Company’s discretion, delete or avoid recording and storing any data.
